This years Spring Student Showcase, hosted by the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre, was a lot of FUN! We had an even bigger turn out than last year and everyone who performed did an excellent job. New this year on our program was our "Rising Stars" segment that acknowledged our youngest students (ages 5) and gave them option of playing one of their pieces from the stage.

Congratulations to ALL of our young, and young-at-heart students who performed. Everyone did a wonderful job and we really enjoyed hearing you play!

Remember: Tuition is based on an average of 4 lesson weeks each month. We are closed for all major holiday weeks. Students do NOT pay for holiday weeks, and these weeks are NOT included in your tuition.

Need to Reschedule Your Lesson? Here's How...

Good News! Thanks to many of your awesome referrals our enrollment grew again this spring! For those of you that have Monday, Tuesday and Thursday lessons, you've no doubt noticed that the waiting area is fuller than before and that lesson rooms are all in full use.

This also means we need to manage scheduling more closely so that we don't double book new incoming students with ones that have asked their teacher for a reschedule.

To avoid miscommunication and double-bookings we are asking that our students and parents communicate with the office and director for all administrative matters:

Cancellations and Reschedule Requests must be made 48 hours before your regular lesson day and time. If you need to cancel due to a last minute emergency, please call the academy director at 208) 882-6733. She will do her best to accommodate all requests.

We want our new students to enjoy the same quality experience when starting lessons as each of you did. By following this new system you will be helping a great deal as we continue to grow.

We've been getting many compliments on the fresh new look of our school. Inside and out returning students are enjoying the warm and inviting color scheme, new carpeting, and sleek signs that point the way to quality and fun music education on the Palouse.
